Fire Department Relocation and Construction

In February 2014, the Village of Greendale retained Bray Associates Architects, Inc to conduct a thorough facility analysis and departmental needs assessment focused on the existing Fire Department facilities and its staff.  The study aimed to identify the opportunities and challenges of the existing location, review the programmatic challenges of the department and propose a series of solutions to address the identified and prioritized needs.

Tax Incremental Financing District #4
The Village Board approved the creation of Tax Incremental District #4 at their September 1st meeting for the JCPenney property.
