Community Service Requirements
1. Must be completed at a non-profit organization. Such as:
- School
- Church
- Nursing Home
- Hospital
- Food Pantry
NOTE: We do not accept hours completed at a daycare facility or private business. Contact the Court Clerk at 414-423-2125 with any questions prior to completing your service.
2. Proof of completion must be submitted on the agency’s official letterhead with the name and telephone number of the supervisor.
3. Proof of community service must be submitted to Greendale Municipal Court by the review date.
