General
Home Visits
Home Visits are offered to Greendale residents of all ages
for nursing consultation, assessment, recommendations,
health education, and referrals to health care providers
and community resources. To request a home visit for
yourself, a family member, or to refer someone you are
concerned about, call the Health Department.
Safety
Assessments
A public health nurse can come to your home and help you
evaluate the safety of your home to prevent childhood
injuries.
Newborn
Visits
Nursing visits are offered to all families of newborn
babies. We offer brochures and pamphlets on various aspects
of newborn and post-partum care, discuss recommended
immunizations and offer information on baby care, child
safety, community services, growth and development, and
provide support for new mothers.
