By virtue of judgment of forfeiture in the above entitled action on the 26th of March, one 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, VIN#1J4GW58S6XC571382 mileage 114,299 with a value of $4,280 will be sold by silent bid. If bids are too far below reasonable price, all bids will be denied and the said property will go to auction.
Bids must be submitted no later then 4 p.m. May 4, 2009. Bids can be dropped off at 5911 W. Grange Ave. Bid opening will be held on May 11, 2009.
