NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of
Trustees of the Village of Greendale will conduct a
Public Hearing as part of its regularly scheduled
Board Meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 7:00
p.m. in the Court Room at the Safety Center, 5911 W.
Grange Avenue, Greendale, Wisconsin to consider the
following matter:
A Special Use/Sign Permit Application to replace the existing free-standing sign with a new combination fixed and L.E.D. display sign at 5201 S. 76th Street, Greendale, Wisconsin in accordance with Section 17.36(3) of the Greendale Zoning Code.
Copies of the request letter and public hearing materials are available in the office of the Village Manager in Village Hall, 6500 Northway, Greendale, Wisconsin during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Property owners within 100’ of the subject property are given Notice of Special Use Public Hearings.
Whenever it is most practical for the Board and the persons interested in the Public Hearing items, the Board will act on the Public Hearing immediately following the conduct of the hearing rather than later in the agenda.
