NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Greendale will conduct a Public Hearing as part of its regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of Village Hall, 6500 Northway, Greendale, Wisconsin to consider the following matter:

A Special Use/Building Permit Application to remodel the building’s exterior entrance at Kohl’s Department Store located at Southridge Mall, 5300 S. 76th Street, Greendale, Wisconsin in accordance with Section 17.36(3) of the Greendale Zoning Code.

Copies of the request letter and public hearing materials are available in the office of the Village Manager located in Village Hall during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Property owners within 100’ of the subject property are given Notice of Special Use Public Hearings.

Whenever it is most practical for the Board and the persons interested in the Public Hearing items, the Board will act on the Public Hearing immediately following the conduct of the hearing rather than later in the agenda.
