Village of Greendale Assessment Roll is Available for Examination

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2010 Real Estate and
Personal Property Assessment Roll for the Village of
Greendale is open for inspection in the Village Hall
at 6500 Northway, Greendale, WI 53129 Monday through
Friday between the hours of 7:30AM and 4:30PM.
The Village Assessor will be available by scheduled appointment for open book review session on Monday, May 10th at the Safety Center (Police Department) at 5911West Grange Avenue, Greendale, WI 53129.
It is requested that all inquiries in the matter of 2010 assessments be made during this period, which precedes the closing and certifying of the assessment roll. All property owners whose property changes in assessed value will receive a “Change of Assessment” notice by mail.
Property owners who wish to object to their 2010 assessments must file an objection form and schedule a time for their objection to be heard before the Board of Tax Review. Forms and times for hearings must be received through the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 6500 Northway, Greendale, WI 53129, or by calling the Clerk’s Office at 423-2100.
