Greendale Police Arrest Subjects Involved in Forgery and Financial Transaction Card Violations

Greendale Interim Police Chief Bob Malasuk announced that on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, the Greendale Police Department arrested 3 adult female subjects for Forgery / Financial Transaction Card violations at the Southridge Mall at 5300 South 76th Street in the Village of Greendale.
At approximately 3:18pm, Police were notified by JC Penney’s security to respond to the Mall for possible fraudulent credit card activity. Officers responded to the food court of the mall where security pointed out 3 subjects in a vehicle. These 3 subjects were observed throwing store receipts out the front window of the vehicle as well as hiding credit cards on their person and in various areas of the vehicle. Officers then approached the vehicle.
The 3 subjects, identified as Hazel Celinda-Nuttall, Charlene S. Stith and Britny T. Cusic, all from Chicago, were found in possession of over 125 counterfeit credit cards in their names.
Gift cards were later found in the vehicle along with minor merchandise they had purchased with the counterfeit cards. Receipts for merchandise were also found in the vehicle from shopping centers in St. Louis MO, Chicago IL and Indiana.
On Saturday, June 18, 2011, all three subjects, Britny Cusic, Charlene Stith and Hazel Celinda-Nuttall, were each charged with 3 counts of Credit Card Forgery-Alteration in the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
