Whereas, Darlene Caswell represents the best qualities of a volunteer;

Whereas, Darlene has shown a dedication to the library through her consistent loyalty and faithful attendance;

Whereas, Darlene has successfully processed thousands of holds while checking in our daily delivery thus insuring that our customers find their requests on the reserve shelf in a timely fashion;

Whereas, Darlene has verified the information on and filed the library card registration forms for thousands of Library customers;

Whereas, Darlene has faithfully maintained the green environment of the Library by caring for our plants;

Whereas, Darlene’s commitment to the Library remains endless.

Now, Therefore, Be It Hereby Resolved that the staff of the Greendale Public Library express our deepest appreciation to Darlene Caswell for her years of service to the Greendale Public Library;

Furthermore, Be It Hereby Resolved that Darlene Caswell be recognized as the fifth recipient of The Footnote Award in recognition of her work as a volunteer at the Greendale Public Library.
