Mary Helen Block is the co-chair of the America In Bloom effort in the village.

Community room use:  May, 30 meetings.

BUILDING

The Director is working with Building Inspector Scott Satula on two projects:

Replacement of the emergency exit door located at the top of the stairs leading to the lower level

Replacement of floor tiles in the break room

Replacement of a floor tile in front of the information desk

INCIDENTS

Since the Historical Society has become more active, more of their members are using their key to access the building and leaving the building open when they leave.  We believe we have talked to all of the individuals now and the problem should be solved.

On May 19th, the Innovative system was up and down all day until 2 p.m.  Unfortunately, during one of the down periods, the back up system that stores our data was cleared through a clerical accident.  Circulation figures for May will be affected.
