President Hegge called the meeting of the Greendale Public Library Board of Trustees to order at 8:04 a.m.

Present: Cooley, Hegge, Hughes, Jaet.

Also Present: Gary Warren Niebuhr, Library Director

NEW BUSINESS

Trustee Cooley moved, Trustee Jaet seconded, a motion to approve Flux Design proposal #11 for the Maxie Boszhardt Youth Area with the understanding that the staff will meet with the artist for final design considerations and review the selection with the Building Inspector.

Yes: Cooley, Hegge, Hughes, Jaet.

Noes: None.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 8:20 a. m.
