Historic Greendale Welcome Center Volunteer Program
Are you familiar with the history of this greenbelt community? Do you want to share your love of all things Greendale with visitors? Then we want YOU to come volunteer at the Historic Greendale Welcome Center with us!

Volunteer Positions at the Historic Greendale Welcome Center
The Village of Greendale is looking for energetic and committed individuals who are interested in becoming volunteers at the Historic Greendale Visitor Center. Volunteers will provide general assistance and an excellent experience to all visitors. Must be familiar with history of the Village of Greendale or willing to learn more.

In an effort to serve more visitors in Greendale, the Historic Greendale Welcome Center will be open seven days a week from 10:00am-8:00pm.  Ideally, a minimum of 4 volunteer hours per week is requested, but time requirements may be flexible depending on volunteer’s availability. Training will be provided. See below for a table of volunteer time options.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for the Village of Greendale and all it has to offer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to educate visitors on the history of Greendale 
• Promote all Greendale businesses, organizations, and inform visitors of upcoming events

10:00am-12:00pm
12:00pm-2:00pm
2:00pm-4:00pm
4:00pm-6:00pm
6:00pm-8:00pm							CLOSED

*You may choose to do two - four hour shifts, as many days or as little as you are available. Volunteers for weekday evenings and weekends are especially needed.

Volunteers are needed year-round, the Welcome Center is open seven days a week, and closed on major holidays.
