Greendale COVID-19 Updates

COVID-19 Updates

On March 16, 2020 Village President Jim Birmingham issued an emergency proclamation for the Village of Greendale due to the coronavirus outbreak.  Many of the facilities were temporarily closed to the public.  Beginning May 20th Village facilities will begin reopening.  Below are some of the current restrictions on Village facilities.
  • Per the Governor's mandate please wear a mask when visiting a Greendale facility.
  • Rentals of the Safety Center Court Room and Fire Station training room are not permitted at this time.
  • Playground equipment is available for use again, please use at your own risk since equipment is not cleaned and sanitized.
The Greendale Health Department is assisting in the process of getting the community vaccinated.  Please visit their page to learn more information about upcoming clinics and their recommendations for other places to try to obtain a vaccine.
