The FIS and the FIRMs provide base flood (also known as the one percent annual chance event) information, designate areas that are subject to significant flood hazards within the county and offer information that public officials may use when permitting development in the floodplain.

This year, the Assessor completed a Village-wide revaluation of properties in Greendale. A revaluation is a review of all assessments using current market sales and trends in order to arrive at an estimated fair market value of each property as of January 1st of the year of the revaluation.
